3 cups rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup diced dried apricots
1/2 cup diced dried apples
1/2 cup diced bananas
1/2 cup diced dried pineapple
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except
fruit in large bowl; mix well. Spread evenly in 15x10-inch
baking pan. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring
after 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Stir in fruit. Store
tightly covered in a cool dry cabinet for up to a month
if you can keep it that long---it's so good!
